Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ronald Willis and his affiliates, and the Entrepreneurial Development & Assistance Center from all losses arising from (a) any violation of any law, regulation, or ordinance by the participant, its employees or agents, (b) any failure by the participant to comply strictly with Terms/instructions and any applicable agreement between EDAC and the participant, Participant Agreement. We may make changes to the content offered. You’re okay with us providing notices and messages to you through our websites, apps, and contact information. If your contact information is out of date, you may miss out on important notices. We own all of the content provided in the training. Please do not copy, distribute without the prior written consent of the facilitators. Your use of others’ (external speakers) content is at your own risk. Others may offer their own products and services through our Services, and we aren’t responsible for those third-party activities. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND UNLESS the Entrepreneurial Development & Assistance Center (EDAC), HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT OVERRIDES THIS AGREEMENT), EDAC, RONALD WILLIS, INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION (E.G., OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS), LOSS OF DATA (E.G., DOWNTIME OR LOSS, USE OF, OR CHANGES TO, YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT) OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. We can each end this Contract, but some rights and obligations survive. If you are disruptive to the class or miss any class, we will ask you to leave the workshop. In the unlikely event we end up in a legal dispute, you and EDAC and Ronald Willis and its affiliates agree to resolve it first with a court-appointed mediator.
