Thank you for your interest in joining Benchmark's Youth Climbing Club! Currently, we are capping this program at 10 participants per age group. Spots will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. However, if the program is full you will automatically be added to our waitlist. If you are accepted into the program, our coach will reach out to discuss next steps.

Before filling out this form, please take the time to create a customer account with us and fill out a new waiver for your child by following the steps below:

1) Create an account on the Approach customer portal using your (parent) information: https://benchmark.portal.approach.app/signup?returnTo=%2F

2) Sign in and go to the "Household" tab and add a new household member by entering your child's information.

4) Then click on the "Sign Waiver" tab, select "Berkeley" location, and follow the steps to sign the waiver for your child.

5) Finally, click the profile icon in the upper right, then "Billing Method," and add your preferred payment card. This is the card we will use to charge recurring membership/club dues.
