OCO has been working with family members of incarcerated individuals to develop some recommendations related to the systemic issue of mail. Particularly during this time of COVID, there has been a greater emphasis on physical and JPAY mail. The purpose of this survey is to make sure that we have fully gathered all of the concerns so that they can be addressed in our report's recommendations.
