REQUIRED Chromebook Check for Spring Testing

We need to verify that each student in your class has a working chromebook, and need to verify that they each have the "DRC INSIGHT Online Assessments" app installed and updated. Please answer all of the questions in the survey below.

How to find and update the DRC INSIGHT App: Please follow these steps exactly!

1. Have your students check each of their chromebooks for the DRC INSIGHT app by clicking on "apps" in the bottom left corner and then selecting "DRC INSIGHT Online Assessments."

2. Please make sure the students actually open the app, and allow the app to load until they see the page where "WIDA" and "Alabama" are displayed. This will verify that it runs properly and will ensure that the app is updated.

3. Once you make it to the WIDA/Alabama page, you can click "exit" and close the app.

If you have chromebooks that are missing the DRC INSIGHT app, you will need to do the following:

1. Submit a WORF
2. Fill out items 6 and 7 below

Does each student in your class have a working chromebook? (screen display, keys and buttons, headphone jack, etc.) *

If someone in your class has a chromebook that does not work, please list the student name below along with the chromebook issue.

Does every student have the DRC Insight App installed and updated on their chromebook? *

6. How many chromebooks DO NOT have the DRC INSIGHT app? (You need to submit a WORF for these chromebooks)

7. Please submit the asset tag number for the chromebooks that are missing the DRC INSIGHT app.
