 -You must inform your instructor before commencing a class or session if, for any reason, your health or ability to exercise changes from the information you gave on this form.
-Please mind, that by joining the online classes, you fully assume all responsibility for any injury that occur during our classes.
 -It is not advisable to continue following our practice between weeks 5 and 8 of pregnancy, or between 1 and 12 weeks if you have not done Pilates, yoga, or any other body workout class before. It is also wise to wait at least 6 weeks after the birth before resuming exercise.
 -If you are, or have been, injured, ill or pregnant you must be signed off or have been given the ‘all clear’ by your GP, consultant or physiotherapist before starting any bodyworkout classes.
 -Our classes and private lessons are not a substitute for medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercise, you should refer back to your medical practitioner.
 -Please remember, that exercising may cause some discomfort or mild pain - this is a normal process in strengthening, elongating or generally in working with the body. Nonetheless, please inform us immediately if some movement or exercise causes a significant amount of pain, and remember that practicing should be performed at a pace which feels comfortable for you.
-It is not allowed to record (voice and/or video) any of the classes/lectures from the Seminar.
-The Seminar is in English.
