After-School Sports Registration

After School Sports, for 4th and 5th graders, will begin on Monday, November 8th and will continue through Tuesday, December 21st. All girls will meet on Mondays. All boys will meet on Tuesdays. Please note: we will not meet on holidays, early dismissals, half days, or snow days. We will play outside whenever weather permits.

Sessions will start directly after dismissal on each date. Pick up will begin promptly at 4:45 pm, using the parent-pickup line at the back of the school, by the library entrance. Please be punctual. We understand that circumstances arise that can cause a delay; however, after the third repeated instance of tardy pick-up your child will be excused from After School Sports for the remainder of the session.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLEASE NOTE: The West Chester Area School District has implemented a $25 “Activity Fee” for the 2021-2022 school year. This fee applies to all students who participate in band, orchestra, chorus, or after school sports. The fee goes to the West Chester Area School District. For more information, as well as where and how to make payments – please visit the WCASD web page (www.wcasd.net), select Families and Students from the top navigation, select Activity Fee, and follow the instructions. Please be sure to pay your fee before the first class on the week of 11/08/21.
