Young Adults (18-20 years old with a high school diploma or G.E.D.) interested in participating in Pact’s CIT Program must go through an application process. Once the application is submitted it will be reviewed by the Camp Director and CIT Coordinator; if chosen the applicant will be invited to an interview. Since most of the interviews are the first interview for these applicants, interviews are meant to be a friendly and positive experience for these applicants. Acceptance decisions will be finalized no later than May 15th.

Upon acceptance into the program, CIT’s will participate in pre-camp training (1-2 times prior to the start of camp) and be expect to attend Pact Family Camp (where they will be housed and fed). Upon successful completion of training, our CITs will be included in ongoing communications and programing over the course of the following year and invited to return to the program in future years as well.

The fee to participate in the CIT program is $250 to cover a portion of the cost of each applicant’s room & board and 2 camp t-shirts. Payment must be made within 2-weeks of being accepted into the program.
