Note: Pathways Institute for Lifelong Learning® Instructors share their time and talents on a voluntary basis to serve our community and contribute to our mission of offering accessible lifelong learning opportunities of the highest quality to adults 55+. 

We offer the following benefits to our instructors:

  • free access to any Pathways Institute courses during a term when instructors teach their course
  • mileage reimbursement to those who travel more than 15 miles (one way) to present a course at a host site
  • access to instructor resources, participation in Instructor Forums, and individual one-on-one support
  • access to the Messiah University library with borrowing privileges at no cost
  • opportunity to sit in on lectures at Messiah University
  • an Instructor Lunch before the start of the term
