1. Fill out the application form below. For each section, read the instructions carefully and answer every question. If your application is not complete, it could be delayed or turned down. 

2. After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of submission. 

When to Apply: 

The application period will open on January 10th. Priority acceptances will be made in January and February 2023. Acceptances will be considered until funds are exhausted. 

After you send your application: 

The review committee will reach out in regard to application status, further documentation needed, and/or enrollment information. 

You will be notified as soon as the review process is complete and payment will be applied directly to the learning institution providing applicant training. 

Important: 

This program is only available to permanent residents of Rogers County, Oklahoma and/or City of Claremore, Oklahoma and have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. Outside applications will not be considered. 

Those who qualify as low-to-moderate income as established by HUD will be given priority acceptance. However, anyone interested in the scholarship despite their income should apply.
