I, the undersigned, hereby agree that the Yarmouth County Agricultural Society and its supporting companies, institutions and/or the Management Board supporting this event, or their employees shall not be responsible for any damage to property or any personal injuries suffered by myself, nor generally, or any damages, loss or costs whatsoever arising, whether incurred or caused by any third party or otherwise, in the course of my participation in attendance at or association with the POWER SAW COMPETITION being held at the Western Nova Scotia Exhibition.
Safety is a major concern and all participants MUST wear power saw pants, helmet, and protective eyewear at all times throughout the competition. Contestants who are under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the competition.  Participants under 16 years of age will need parent/guardian consent.

If a competitor is under 16 YEARS OF AGE a parent or guardian of a minor participating in the POWER SAW COMPETITION must approve and give consent and sign to the aforementioned waiver.
