The following is an application for our FREE Online Summer Camp program for children in grades 1st-8th. This form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren).

If applying for the summer, your child must be entering 1st to 8th grade in the fall of this year.

Coming Soon! UrbanPromise will provide customized content for kids in grades K-8 that includes many of the same types of activities and programs that kids would typically enjoy at our summer camps. From July 13th through August 14th  kids will be able to access videos including fun academic lessons, creative and artistic activities, Bible teachings, hands-on discovery lessons, and wellness activities.
