College Fair/Visit Form 2023-24
The College Fair/Visit requirement must be completed by December of your Senior year. You can complete the requirement as early as 10th grade.
You have two options to fulfill the college fair/visit requirement. You may either:
Attend a college fair and speak to four (4) college representatives at the fair.
OR
Visit four (4) college campuses in person or virtually.
By submitting this college fair/college visit form, you agree that the information you enter is a true and faithful account of your college visits. Credit will be awarded via your Crosby Scholars Student Portal within 2 working days of your submission.
