WHS Student Concern Tip Line
Student safety and wellness are our first priorities at WHS.  If there is a concern regarding a student's wellness or school safety - mental health, chemical use, social isolation, bullying, harassment, etc. - and you would like to report this information, please fill out the following form to the best of your knowledge.  You may also report your concern in person to a trusted adult: an administrator, counselor, social worker, dean or teacher.

The more information you provide the better we are able to investigate and support the student regarding your concern. Please note that this form can be submitted anonymously, but you give us your information, we will keep your identity private and it helps us get more information, if needed.

Knowingly making a false report is a violation of school rules and district policy.

All submissions will be taken seriously and addressed during school hours or, if appropriate, during a school event.

Note:  This is NOT a crisis line. If your friend is in immediate danger, call 911.
