1.       Waiver of Right to Sue: I waive any and all claims I may now and in the future have against, and release and forever discharge from all liability, and agree not to sue Audrey Djunaedi or Orville Zharoff for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss (collectively, “loss”) sustained by me or my heirs, next of kin, executor, administrators or assign as a result of my participation in the class and/or use of the studio due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation: active passive negligence, imprudence, lack of skills, error of judgment, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty care on the part of Audrey Djunaedi or Orville Zharoff . I am in sufficient physical condition to participate in the class and am aware that participation could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.
2.       Indemnity: I agree and save harmless and indemnify, Audrey Djunaedi or Orville Zharoff from and against any and all liability for any loss to any third party, resulting from participation in the class and/or use of the center.
3.       Read and Understood and age of Majority: I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of liability and indemnity prior to signing it and agree that this instrument will be binding on me and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns. I am the full legal age of 18 years or more.
4.       Inappropriate Behavior: The instructor may require that I terminate participation in the class, vacate the studio and/or cancel my pass, at any time, due to inappropriate behavior in the class, as determined by the instructor in his/her sole discretion, acting reasonably, without any liability, debts, claims, or any obligation of any kind whatsoever against Audrey Djunaedi or Orville Zharoff. In the event of cancellation of my pass, in accordance with this paragraph 4, I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any refund or relieved of any liability for monthly payments or payments of any kind that I have agreed to pay to Audrey Djunaedi or Orville Zharoff.
