Wholesale items must have approval of the committee and are considered on a case by case basis and must be apart of your business. (ex. Alpaca Farmers brings wholesaled socks from the mill their fleece is processed at.)

NOTE: If you are selling your product as ORGANIC either through labeling or implying it is organic through your company name or advertising, the raw ingredients and their final percentage in the finished product must be Certified Organic and meet USDA organic labeling standards.

Do you have a food handlers license? A food handlers license is not a requirement to participate as a vendor. However, vendors are responsible to follow all federal, state, and local regulations as they pertain to your products and mode of sale.

Rules & Guidelines
Market = Milaca Farmers Market & Boutique ~ Merchant = YOU, individual &/or farm. Seasonal Merchants = Merchants who have committed to the whole Outdoor Market Season and paid.
Merchant Licenses, Permits & Taxes
Merchants are responsible for payment o his/her own state sales tax and must abide by all state and local ordinances. Merchant is responsible for obtaining all correct licensing for the sale of their products, and for submitting copies of said licensing to the MARKET MANAGER prior to the season or their first visit as a MERCHANT.

All merchants must each year provide the MARKET with a Minnesota certificate of compliance for state sales tax, even if they are not selling taxable items. (FORM ST-19 is available on our web page www.MilacaFarmersMarket.com Merchant's page.)

Any merchant required by law to carry a food handler's license or other licensing must have these posted at their vendor stall. Two copies of all licenses must be submitted to the MARKET MANAGER.
Merchant Rates and Terms

One-time visit rate for 1 week is $15 / week - VISITOR SPOTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AS SPACE PERMITS AND AS SCHEDULED BY MFM VOLUNTEERS.
You can pay cash, card at The Bee (see Nana, CC fee 3.5% applies) or by checks to Albino Bee Love.  
No Refunds and no transfers.  
Seasonal Spots must be purchased in advance of the beginning market and paid in whole.  
The Market is not responsible for theft, damage, illness, or death due to participation at the MARKET.
Application, ST19, copies of applicable licenses, and your signed MILACA FARMERS MARKET agreement are also REQUIRED to participate in the Milaca Farmers Market.

Seasonal Merchants will be listed w/ their info on our web page & on our FACEBOOK Page.

Market costs assist in covering MARKET costs including MINNESOTA GROWN, FARM DIRECT MINNESOTA, our insurance, signs, advertising, - printed & social media,  gas utilized to put out our OPEN signs, rental costs of venues as needed, and other misc. items like soap and paper towels for our hand washing station.   

Summer Market May 25 to Sept 28  INDOORS / OUTDOORS - 4 to 7 pm SEASONAL RATE $100 for 19 weeks.

Winter Market Oct 5 to Dec 14 INDOORS - 4 to 7 pm (LIMITED SPACE!) SEASONAL RATE $TBD for 10 weeks. 

1 time or week-to-week RATE is $10 / week.  And based on the availability of space.
