This meet is approved as an N2 and N3 qualifying meet.  Only one evaluation will be completed at the meet with the requisite sessions.  You must work a minimum of 4 sessions.  For N3 Stroke and Turn mark N3i  i = initial, f = final, r = recertification.  Please make sure you have completed the required elements prior to requesting an evaluation.  

Please list your previous evaluator in the area you are requesting an evaluation for (i.e. Referee, CJ, etc.) and the meet at which the  evaluation was completed, in order to help with making assignments, please include previous evaluators for each for which and evaluation you are requesting.  

This is for host planning purposes ONLY.  There is no guarantee that shirts will be given out.  Four sessions worked is the minimum requirement if meet shirts are available.
