This Workshop is the second workshop in our Stormwater Financing Workshop Series. Workshop topics will focus on federal funding opportunities available to MA municipalities for technical assistance through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program, stormwater utilities as a sustainable funding solution, and lessons learned from MA municipalities implementing stormwater utilities. Invited speakers include the US EPA, the New Environmental Finance England Finance Center, Raftelis, Tighe & Bond, and several MA municipalities.
