Students in grades 3-5 will have the opportunity to go outside to view the Total Eclipse on Monday, April 8. Only complete the below form if you do not want your child to participate.

Students who do not go outside will be able to watch NASA’s live stream of the event.

Please note that there is no need to submit this form for students in grades PK-2, as students in these grade levels will ONLY be watching NASA's live stream. Students in PK-2 will NOT have the option to view the eclipse outdoors.
