Before you move on to place your order, please note the following:

1. Submitting this form does not mean that we can accommodate your catering request. If we're able to accommodate, you will receive an electronic invoice within 72 hours of submitting the form. And if we cannot, a manager will reach out to you as soon as possible to let you know. Please check your spam folder if you have not heard from us within 72 hours of submitting the form.

2. For access to our 3 and 6 foot hoagies we require for 72-hours notice. These are special order items! For individual hoagies we can usually accommodate with 48 hours notice.

3. Catering is available Tuesday though Sunday, from 10:30am to 5pm.

4. All catering orders are subject to a 6% catering fee to help us cover the additional labor, credit card processing fees, paper goods, and more, that may be associated with your catering order.

5. All catering orders are subject to 20% gratuity.

6. Orders canceled or reduced in size less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

7. For orders of 12 sandwiches or less, just order at the shop. No need for advance notice you silly goose!

3-Foot Party Hoagie (pick up to 2 sandwich types, serves 8 - 15. 72 hours notice required)

“Bye Felicia” (Veggie) – So Long Sal but with roasted veg instead of meats
“Turkey and Jam” – Turkey, jam, Swiss, Duke’s mayo, arugula
“Phoagie” (Vegan) – Eggplant, avo, fresh n’ frizzled onions, cilantro, pho sawce
“Turkey Classic” – Turkey, white onion, sweet pickles, Duke’s mayo, arugula
“Cold Turkey Reuben” – Turkey, kraut, Russian dressin’, Swiss
“Cold Veg Reuben” (Veggie) - Seasonal veg, kraut, Russian dressin’, Swiss
"Shopsin Club" - Turkey, cranberry-miso mayo, bacon, avocado, sweet pickles (+$5 per foot)

For delivery orders, please provide any special directions for the delivery driver, such as a freight entrance, a gate code, an obvious landmark, or anything of that nature. 

Note that Middle Child does not offer ""white glove service" and our drivers cannot leave the car when making deliveries, unless this service has been discussed and paid for in advance. We recommend having two people available to carry each 6-foot hoagie and one person available to carry each 3-foot hoagie.
