Stories, Songs, and Stretches!® Vividhatā Scholarship Application

In Sanskrit, vividhatā means diversity, one of the core values of Stories, Songs, and Stretches!® It is part of our vision that the children who receive these classes and programs will see themselves represented in the program leaders and celebrated in the content. We understand that bringing this vision to life requires more than good intentions; action is necessary. As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, a minimum of one Vividhatā Scholarship is available for every public and online training we offer. Partial scholarships may also be extended when multiple excellent candidates have applied.

Requirements:
-you identify as a person of color
-you work with young children in any capacity OR
-you are a yoga teacher wishing to expand your offerings to include preschool-age children

This scholarship includes:
full tuition to a Stories, Songs, and Stretches!® workshop
reimbursement of up to $150 of travel expenses to attend the workshop (in-person workshops only)
a starter kit of supplies to help you launch your Stories, Songs, and Stretches!® program (worth over $100)
