GRAD-MAP 2022: Winter Workshop Application
Thank you for your interest in the GRAD-MAP Winter Workshop! The Workshop will take place at the University of Maryland, College Park, from December 31 - January 9, 2022. You can find more details on the Workshop and what it will entail here: http://www.umdgradmap.org/winter-workshop. Please note that, at the recommendation of the University and/or the Prince George's county, we may have to switch to an online environment at short notice due to COVID pandemic. Furthermore, we require that all participants be vaccinated (unless an underlying health condition prevents you from doing so), as well as comply with the wearing a mask in closed spaces.

This application cannot be saved, so you must complete it in one sitting. You can compose your essay question responses elsewhere (e.g., in a Microsoft Word document), so you may save and come back to it, and then copy/paste those responses into this form once you are ready to submit them.

If you have any questions or trouble with the application, please contact us at grad-map@umd.edu. This application is due by 11:59PM on Monday, November 22nd. We will contact you by 10pm on Tuesday, November 30th with updates on your application.
