PETITION for REEXAMINATION of the NEW DOMINION VOTING SYSTEM — to be delivered to GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger
Tell Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and Georgia election officials to decertify the new barcode ballot Dominion ImageCastX Voting System, reject its unsafe concepts, and cancel the contract for its purchase. Send officials back to the drawing board to choose a hand-marked paper ballot system with optical scanning tabulators and robust auditing.

Georgia law provides that any 10 or more voters may demand a “reexamination” of a voting system for the Secretary of State to determine whether it is secure and meets the Election Code. (§21-2-379.24) The new Dominion Voting System just certified on August 9, 2019 fails to meet even the most basic standards, or even new law HB316 authorizing Ballot Marking Devices.

Join organizers Coalition for Good Governance, Georgia Advancing Progress PAC, National Election Defense Coalition, the Libertarian Party of GA, the Constitution Party of GA, Aileen Nakamura, Jeanne Dufort, Megan Missett, Ronnie Martin, Isabel Hidalgo and scores of Georgia voters in demanding a diligent, responsible and honest “re-examination” process.

Once such an evaluation is completed, the Dominion Voting System must be abandoned as a failed experiment. The leaders of this petition will submit several pages of the technical and legal support for the case to reexamine and reject the Dominion barcode ballot system. It will be posted online for the details.

In the meantime, if you agree with our goals, please add your name to this official petition authorized by Georgia law. Include for the petition your name, address as shown on your voter registration, county of residence, and for our private use to communicate with you, your email address, which will be redacted prior to the submission of the petition.

YOU MUST BE A GEORGIA RESIDENT TO SIGN THIS PETITION.

Dear Secretary Raffensperger,

I wish to add my name to the petition for reexamination of the new Dominion voting system. I am a Georgia voter and object to our elections being conducted using machines designed to require me to cast a barcode vote that I cannot read.

The system is fundamentally flawed and is not secure, and therefore should be rejected because it violates Georgia laws requiring accurate and secure voting systems.

Georgia voters demand that the State abandon electronic voting and vote using hand marked paper ballots counted by optical scanners with results thoroughly audited. Voters with disabilities should be accommodated with the best assistive solutions available.
