unboxed boutique Charitable Request Form
Founded by a longtime nonprofit sector professional, unboxed boutique proudly sponsors and contributes to a variety of events annually. We believe in the power of community, and we are happy to support causes of all types. 

Our favorite organizations to work with are inclusive, collaborative, hardworking and organized. We prefer to work with organizations that serve the communities of Bellefontaine and/or Tipp City in Ohio. Organizations should be official 501(c)3 status as well. If this sounds your organization, we invite you to submit a charitable request form for review.

Please note that while we would love to support all causes, we have limited dollars available to allocate. Requests are typically viewed on a monthly basis, so we encourage you to make your request at least five weeks in advance.
