Since 1983, it has been our mission at the South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation to provide affordable housing needs to the denizens of South Boston and the advocacy of housing rights. We have had the fortune to have several buildings across Southie under our management. This form allows individuals seeking housing to be added to our waiting-list.

In the event of a vacancy, we go through our list to check income eligibility and if the unit would be a good fit for the potential applicant. Should the information you have provided to us change, feel free to contact us with pertinent changes in circumstance.
