Ms. Jasmine is a certified Gravity Yoga instructor since July'20 and has been conducting Gravity Yoga classes online and in studio weekly. She recently completed the 21 day Happy Back Challenge online by YogaBody and upon completing it, conduct the Better Back challenge 15mins/day to help students focus on consistent stretching for better results.
All Registered participants will receive the zoom link and be included in a whatsapp group chat for ease of communication during the 21 day challenge. Should you be unable to attend all sessions LIVE for whatever reasons, a recording of the session will be made available for review and to be completed before the next session preferably.
