Call 5 Applicant Seminar in Prague - 15/10/19

The fifth Call for Proposals is dedicated to four topics: Air quality, Circular economy, Culture and cultural heritage, Demographic change.

UIA will hold an Applicant Seminar for Call 5 in Prague on 15 October 2019 in order to support applicants interested in applying for the fifth Call.

During the seminar, participants will be introduced to the main principles and criteria with the possibility to interact with representatives of UIA projects selected within the previous Calls for Proposals and hear their testimony. Detailed information will also be provided on the eligibility rules for urban authorities as well as on the selection process and the main information to be included in the Application Form.

During the second part of the day, individual consultations will be organised between participants and members of the UIA Secretariat / DG REGIO (special registration required below). The objective is to get an initial feedback and recommendations on the proposals. Please note that no advice related to thematic expertise will be provided during these consultations; they will focus on your proposal's consistency with the Initiatives's objectives. Seats are limited for this session, so please register in advance via the event registration form, and make sure you have received a confirmation from the UIA Secretariat.

Please note that the individual consultation sessions will last no longer than 25 minutes. Priority will be given to representatives of urban authorities and the rest of the time slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, the Permanent Secretariat will be able to confirm a consultation only one week before the event. Please note that given the expected high amount of requests, we will not be able to positively answer all of them.
