I am not an employee of GARDEN FARMS OF NEVADA/GARDEN FARMS FOUNDATION and will not receive any form of compensation or benefits for my services, including but not limited to workers' compensation benefits. I understand that in my volunteer activity there is a risk of injury, illness, property damage, and other type of loss
In consideration of the opportunity to volunteer, I hereby release and forever discharge GARDEN FARMS OF NEVADA/GARDEN FARMS FOUNDATION its trustees, officers, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses and judgements whatsoever, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of my volunteering of services.
This release is in effect for the specific activity mentioned above and I understand that any future activity will require a new waiver and release.
