The Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) stipulates we must maintain a register of members. The DDCA maintains a computerised register. Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the regulator OSCR set the following expected standards of conduct of members of a charity:
1) Act in the interests of the charity, and
2) Seek in good faith, to ensure the charity acts in a manner which is consistent with it’s charitable purposes.
