The Wisconsin Sports & Fitness Coalition is an alliance of sports and fitness businesses, owners, venue operators, directors, coaches, health associations, and medical personnel created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is an acknowledgement that these entities should no longer be considered non-essential and that the continued "shut down order" is continuing to negatively impact the sports and fitness industry, teams, and families.    
        The Wisconsin Sports & Fitness Coalition supports the safe reopening of recreational facilities, and the activation of youth through professional competition across Wisconsin today, when Wisconsin SMART Start guidelines are implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic.  These guidelines are based on current data and scientific findings from the Centers for Disease Control, and other reputable science agencies.  
        Sports and fitness personnel everywhere can use the WI SMART Start plan to promote trust and confidence in our communities.
