In our COVID Return to School Plan, allowing students to walk from our campus takes on additional responsibilities.

*Students must wear their mask until they are in your vehicle.
*Students must be picked up immediately. They cannot be waiting in the neighborhood as this negatively impacts our neighbors.
*Students must maintain physical distancing from other students/persons while walking to your vehicle.
*Students cannot wait in neighboring business property/landscaping for your arrival. Please be at your agreed-upon meeting location by 3:25 pm.

Flagstaff Academy has a staffed crosswalk for your child(ren)'s safety. This crosswalk is the only place students and parents should cross during dismissal time. Please do not jaywalk at any time, but especially during Drive Line.

As good neighbors in our community and as a matter of safety, our child(ren) must not climb on our neighbor's trees, berms, or run through their parking lots.

To register your child(ren) as walkers, please fill out this form. By completing this form, you are agreeing to the following statement:

By filling out this form as parent/guardian, I authorize my child(ren) to leave the school premises at the end of the school day. At that time, Flagstaff Academy is no longer responsible for the whereabouts of students registered as walkers. I agree to abide by Flagstaff Academy's guidelines for COVID Safety as listed above.

I give my child permission to leave the school premises at dismissal time, and have been instructed to use the cross walks to walk home or to a car parked in the designated parking spots at Front Range Community College.

I understand my child will be allowed to leave school property at the end of the school day.

I understand that I am to meet my child at the crosswalk, at dismissal time, and escort them to our vehicle safely. Allowing children to be dismissed, and wait in the neighborhood unattended, for periods longer than 10 minutes, is prohibited.
