In order to prepare for the 2020-2021 school year and create student schedules, we are asking parents of incoming 7th grade students to complete this Elective Selection Form by Friday, June 26th.

Please note if you have multiple students in grades 6 through 8 that each grade level has a different form to complete.

STUDENTS IN 7TH GRADE WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING CLASSES:
• Math
• Science
• ELA
• Social Studies
• Physical Education
• Health
• Daily Study Hall
