Public Forum: Ethics in AI Healthcare Research
This collaborative public forum is brought to you by the Global Forum on Bioethics in Research (GFBR), Southeast Asia Bioethics Network (SEA Bioethics) and the Master of Health Research Ethics (MOHRE) Universiti Malaya. 

We invite you to join us for an insightful public forum aimed at fostering awareness and dialogue in Malaysia on the intersection of ethics and AI health research.

This forum will foster open discussion and raise collective understanding of: 
  • Developments in AI and their applications (with focus on the health context) internationally. 
  • Trends and types of AI health research in Malaysia.
  • Benefits of AI in health practices and research, and ethics issues and risks. 
  • Current approaches to ethics oversight and governance in other countries and the challenges faced.
