P3-5 Oral Workshops (Focus: Stimulus-Based Conversations)
๐ช Does it seem like the words magically leave their lips when Oral Examinations come along? Tongue-tied and at a loss or words? Is the common feedback from your children and their teachers that they need to develop and elaborate more?
๐ Magic is in the air but WG can teach your child how to harness it so that they have the upper hand! Our comprehensive Oral Workshops will cover an array of topics and techniques to unlock their thinking processes. The students will learn how to brainstorm topics relating to the visual stimulus, internalise memorable in-house techniques to break down themes of the topic and conjure vivid experiences to share. In addition, they will be able to think like examiners and predict possible questions the invigilators may ask.
๐ฎ Join the Oral Oracles and use our newly innovated and proprietary technique learn how to analyse the NEW stimuli format to predict the topic's themes. This workshop uses a specially devised technique to prepare the students for their Oral examinations by anticipating what will be asked and tested. This allows them to equip themselves with the necessary vocabulary and responses to WOW their examiners. Not only that, the students will also be given an opportunity to put everything they have learnt to practice and receive individualised 1-on-1 feedback from our top-notch teachers.
๐คฏ FOUR BRAND-NEW themes will be covered during the four sessions. Each of the themes covered during the workshop has been carefully curated by the English Language Department, after meticulous analyses of past and current year examination topics, across a variety of schools.
