Instructions

Please read each question carefully and fill this form out as accurately as possibly. This will allow us to best manage the logistics of the competition so that we can stay on schedule. You need to have been to a competition before (whether or not you competed) before to be considered for staffing. You're welcome to help out during the days and learn the ropes, though! Commitment to staff *

I understand that I must notify the delegates and organizers if I cannot make as soon as possible, and no later than 7:00pm CDT on May 20th, 2023. If I drop out any later, I understand that my registration fee will not be refunded.

I understand that not showing up without notice to the delegates and organizers will possibly result in being blacklisted from staffing.

If selected, I agree to follow the directions of the Delegates and organizers, and to focus on staffing the competition. I will warm up for events as needed, but be considerate of my responsibilities.

That's all there is! Thank you so much for offering to help staff. We will let you know closer to the competition whether or not you have been selected. When registration opens, please register immediately and pay. Assuming the competition has enough revenue, we will refund you after the competition of part or all of your fee if you show up and do the staff tasks. You'll hear from us soon!
