Preschool Registration Form 2023-24

1. Thank you for the opportunity to teach your child and partner with your family.
2. Registration Fee is $100 per child. This fee is non-refundable. Click here to pay the registration fee. We are not able to accept credit cards in the office.
3. All children will need to be 3 or 4 by August 1, 2023. August 1 is the date that is used by the Kentucky Department of Education and our local school districts.
4. All children for 3’s & 4’s classes must be potty trained, no pull-ups.
5. Classes are dependent on the number of children registered.
6. The first day of preschool and Parent Meetings will be late August 2022. The date will be finalized at a later date.
7. Information forms will be sent out 2-3 weeks before the start of preschool along with supply lists and required items. These forms will be turned in at the Parent Meetings. We will also communicate regularly until the start of school through e-mail and the Remind text system.
