Any town or city, regardless of size, is eligible to apply to Bird City Minnesota. We'll help you do a free assessment of the bird conservation actions your community is taking.

Audubon Minnesota created the Bird City program to highlight how Minnesotans reduce threats to birds, create bird-friendly habitat, and educate their residents and visitors on how birds and people thrive together.

Every year, hundreds of millions of dollars are spent by wildlife watchers in Minnesota. Now is the perfect time to welcome birds, bring in new people, and showcase the bird-viewing opportunities in your area.
