Organize to fix our democracy!
We are students and young people organizing to get big money out of politics and fix our broken democracy so that we can actually solve urgent problems. Right now, our government doesn't work for our generation, and Un-PAC is going to change that.

**We are non-partisan, and this is a remote position!**

Our mission is to pass the Freedom To Vote Act during this 117th Congress by activating young people to demand democracy reform. This legislation is the closest thing to a silver bullet that we've seen in our lifetimes that would make our democracy functional and accountable. Leaders in *both* parties operate within a system of legalized corruption, and this legislation would reduce the ability of *both* parties to entrench themselves as they do now.

In order to accomplish this mission, we're hiring part-time student organizers across the country who will work for 10+ hours per week, with a compensation rate of $15/hour. Organizers will meet regularly with staff for training and support, and will be responsible for hitting weekly goals associated with our strategy: educating your community about the importance of democracy reform to our generation, and putting pressure on members of Congress to pass the Freedom to Vote Act.

Successful applicants will have a background in campus and/or youth organizing, and will be comfortable with recruiting other young people to participate in making calls, sending emails, and using social media to target politicians. Successful applicants will also be comfortable with public speaking, as your weekly goals will include canvassing, making calls, and giving presentations about democracy reform.

If you are passionate about making sure our democracy is truly representative so that it works for all of us, not just for corporations and the ultra-wealthy, please apply!

** If you want to get involved with this campaign, but don't want to apply for a part-time staff role, please sign up to organize with us as a volunteer on our website: un-pac.org **
