We are designing a new play area and hope to use this questionnaire to identify school groups' needs and requirements for improved design for Lyseth Playground.

Your input will be incorporated into a successful site plan that inspires and creates meaningful outside play, learning, and recreation experiences in a newly renovated space. The resultant design will be in keeping with other playgrounds within the Portland Parks system and to ensure a level of equity for visitors across the system.
