We have spots open for teams at all age levels - 8U through 14U - to join the Mac N Seitz organization.  If you are interested in joining us for the 2020-2021 season, please complete this form and we will contact you to set up a phone meeting, overview of our program, and private tour of our facility.  We can also arrange small group parent meetings to provide more information about our organization, coaches, instructors and teams.

Level of Play:  AA, AAA, Major
