What is the State of Data in the world that we live in today? We have set ourselves the task of creating the biggest ever study of the UK Data Community. We're partnering with the Data Science Festival to understand how a career in Data looks in the world we live in today.
We will aim to answer questions such as:
- What is the gender split within data teams?
- How accessible is the data industry for people with disabilities?
- What is the gender pay gap? Does this differ across industries and roles?
This data will be correlated and analysed anonymously to be distributed for free in 2023, to assist you with your next career step or hiring for your data team.
