Veteran Participant Application for the RFTWC Camp R&R Weekend

This camp, hosted by Running For Those Who Can't, will be for Disabled Veterans of all abilities. The only prerequisite for camp is that you MUST have a VA disability rating for a service connected disability. It does NOT matter what it is for or the percentage.  The tentative plan for the camp is to go from a Friday evening to a Sunday midday. Camp is November 22nd to 24th. This is the weekend before Thanksgiving.  The camp is at Allegany State Park, Quaker side, Group Camp 5.
