Seniors are required to perform a minimum of 15 hours of community service between the end of their junior year and the end of their senior year.

Community service is a way for RHS students to give back to the community by donating their time and effort. Service hours may be performed for just about any person or organization: mowing lawns, raking leaves, helping a teacher as an aide, or volunteering at charitable organizations, to name a few. Teaching classes through religious organizations is one thing that cannot be counted.)

Special recognition is given to students who have completed 100 or more hours of community service that are submitted by May 15.
