General information for our housing partners:

🎹 Musicians arrive August 9 and depart Saturday August 24.

🎹 Housing is promised for the orchestra musician only. Musicians are informed that Sunriver Music Festival cannot accommodate partners, pets, or families unless they are arranging their own private housing.

🎹 Musicians are responsible for providing their own meals. Hosts are welcome to share meals or provide breakfast at their own choice.

🎹 Once hosts are paired with a musician, an introductory note will be sent to connect both the musician and host with contact information. Musicians are responsible for contacting their host in a timely manner about arrival time. Hosts are also welcome to reach out to their musician.

🎹 As a thank you for adopting a musician, housing partners will receive this season's beautiful poster, two complimentary concert tickets that can be reserved prior to public sale, and invitations to the closing night reception at the Great Hall.

🎹 Housing is appreciated for all or part of the time.
