BOOKING RULES, RATES & PAYMENTS

- You must book at least 24 hours in advance.
- Maximum number of Children: 3
- We care for children aged 6 months to 12 years. No infant care.
- We only provide services at hotels within Istanbul.
- Hourly Rate: €25/hour for up to 3 children (not per child).

- Last-minute rate (less than 4 hours' notice) is €30/hour for up to 3 children (not per child).

- Special holidays: 40€ per hour
- Payment is due immediately upon receipt of your bill. Delays will face a 10% surcharge.

- The earliest our babysitters can begin work is 8am and the latest they can work is 2am. Babysitters cannot work longer than 10 hours in a single day.

CONDITIONS

STANDARD RESTRICTIONS
One babysitter can care for maximum 3 children. For 4 children or more a second babysitter must be booked. We care for children aged 6 months to 12 years. The age of the child(ren) does not affect the babysitting rate. We charge a minimum length of 2 hours per babysitting session. Bookings for the next morning must be made before 21:00 to ensure service. Latest start time is 22:00, and babysitters do not work past 02:00. We do not care for children who are unwell. If a child becomes unwell and/or has a fever, we will inform the family and the service will end. In cases of any safety or security issues for the babysitter or children, we reserve the right to withdraw service immediately. Babysitters care only for the children and do not do any housework. Babysitters do not accompany children swimming.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

For single day requests, please give us 3 hours notice for cancellations or you will be charged for 2 hours of babysitting.
For multiple-day requests, please give us 3 days' notice for cancellations or you will be charged for 2 hours of babysitting.
If a reschedule request is received less than 2 hours before the original start time, you will be billed from the original start time. If the babysitter arrives at the arranged time but is asked to wait, you will be billed from the requested start time. If you return beyond the requested end time, each additional hour will be charged at €30 per hour.

EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY

Momcierge is a referral service for caregivers. The caregiver works directly for you; not Momcierge. We make every reasonable effort to vet our caregivers including reference screens and in-person interviews. Babysitters do not bathe children. You agree to hold Momcierge harmless from any damages incurred by sitters we refer. You agree not to hire Momcierge caregivers directly but to always go through the agency.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We kindly request that no payment is made directly to the babysitter.

The babysitter will keep track of the hours worked, and the family will be billed accordingly. At the end of your stay, we will send you an invoice. You can pay by credit/debit card, with your PayPal account, or in cash (a member of our staff will collect the payment in Euro, or equivalent USD or TL). In some hotels, it is also possible to leave it with the Concierge. If these options are not possible, you may also pay by bank transfer (all fees must be covered by you and an additional charge of 20 euros will be charged for SWIFT transfer fees).

PAYING WITH PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD
We will send you an invoice through PayPal which is payable by credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. Please follow the instructions on the invoice.

PAYING WITH A BANK TRANSFER
You can make a transfer in TL to a Turkish bank account. Please contact for account details.
