This is helpful for me-- if you've stuck with me for awhile I used to have SO MUCH text on screen, so I've definitely worked on that. But my ultimate goal is to provide value and shift the motivation behind exercise. Constructive criticism is appreciated, and if you have specific videos in particular that helped, let me know!
