Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey with feedback for the RE programming that we offered last year and the ways in which we can improve this upcoming year.  We recognize that we are in an extremely confusing, complicated time and that your energy is being pulled many different directions.  Please answer to the best of your ability and knowledge right now - we understand that with school schedules and parental work situations changing daily, what you can really participate in and commit to may change as time goes on.  

As a part of this form we are confirming that you want to continue to participate in RE activities this year and will not be requiring families to fill out the usual yearly RE form.

AT THIS TIME we do NOT plan to offer in person RE in our building until vaccines are available for all ages.  We do plan on offering some safe outdoor gathering opportunities that are in line with the current guidelines from the Way Forward Team.
