Retail Sales Specialists (RSS) are an integral part of our team. Some will be responsible for scanning and bagging items through Just Between Friends proprietary Point of Sale System. Others will be asked to perform a variety of tasks on the sales floor as time and resources permit. The ideal candidate will be personable, a good communicator, flexible, work well under pressure, and be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
Retail Sales Specialists will:
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Run the registers to check out customers
• Help on the sales floor with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, returning
merchandise to the sales floor, working in Hold, monitoring the stroller room, checking receipts, greeting customers

General Overview:
• RSS are compensated at $17.29
/hour
• RSS do not receive an additional percentage on their sold items
• RSS do not have to consign at the current sale in order to fill this position.
• RSS must attend kickoff meeting on Wednesday, April 19th at 5pm
• Preference will be given to applicants who can work 20+ hours during the week of the sale
• Total hours in a one-week pay period are capped at 40. Weeks are Thur to Thur.
• Shift times are flexible, if it's slow we will send people home early (ask for volunteers first) and if it's busy we may ask you to stay a little later
