In 2024, the ART of Releasing is offering a series of accessible online group classes. Introduction to Releasing is a class that is geared toward the new releaser and is repeatable. The suggested contribution of $25; however, we operate on a "pay what you can" basis (suggested $12-$30). To discover more about Releasing, including group and individual options, in-person and online sessions, please visit our website www.ArtofReleasing.com. The class on Sunday Feb 4 from 2-4pmEDT will be, in part, a benefit to help support the efforts of the Alexander technique liberation project (ATLP).
We are thrilled to introduce you to the transformative practice of Releasing. It's a process designed to empower you to fully embrace the present moment and experience a profound sense of freedom. As you become proficient in the fundamental techniques of releasing, letting go becomes increasingly effortless with each repetition. You can undertake this journey independently, within a group setting, or with the guidance of a skilled coach. The tools you acquire will enable you to welcome whatever is currently present in your life and release what no longer serves you. This newfound freedom will cultivate trust in life, open you up to intuition, and reveal boundless possibilities. This is the essence of Releasing, and surprisingly, it's easily attainable through practice. While this class is open to everyone, students/clients/teachers of the Alexander technique will especially appreciate and be able to incorporate the basic principles into their daily lives and practice.
We are excited that you are willing to explore this remarkable process with us. Its benefits extend to your relationships, health, career, and finances. Most importantly, it will allow you to connect with your inner joy, experience boundless expansion, and tap into the inherent freedom that already resides within you. To secure your spot in our Introduction to Releasing Class, please complete this registration form. We eagerly anticipate connecting with you on Zoom on Sunday Feb 4 from 2-4pm EDT
