Submission of this form notifies the Summer Programs Office of a potential summer event in order to coordinate usage of campus space and requests approval to reserve campus space on the Master Calendar. This form does NOT reserve space on campus. A notification will be sent indicating if the request was approved or not and who to contact as your event coordinator.
