To the President of Uganda, Speaker of Parliament and government officials of Uganda, We, the undesigned pledge to support in ending child sacrifice in Uganda. We are aware that Child sacrifice in Uganda is on the increase and on average, one child is sacrificed every week. This is an intensely disturbing phenomenon that is driven by superstition, exploitation, witchcraft, and extreme poverty.

We acknowledge and celebrate the steps already taken by the Ugandan government to tackle this issue. Our pledges two years ago led to the enactment of anti-child sacrifice law 2021.

Our prayer and support is for your government to enact a "Witness Protection law" that will support victims who survive and recover from the injuries and trauma resulting from these injustices.
